MMI's Director of Marketing, Loraine Kasprzak

Loraine Kasprzak, MMI's Director of Marketing and Communications, is a Certified Management Consultant with over 17 years of hands-on experience in marketing strategy and communications. One of Loraine's strengths is the ability to help her clients clarify their thinking so that they can focus and fine tune their message for the marketplace.
 
Loraine says that what attracted her to MMI was the opportunity to work with a company that is passionate about helping its clients achieve personal and professional success. 

Prior to beginning her management consulting career in 1995, Loraine worked for 12 years in corporate America, advancing through various engineering, marketing and management roles, beginning at Hercules Chemical Company, moving on to Con Edison and then BOC Gases. 

As a consultant, Loraine has facilitated the strategic development and implementation of marketing projects for a variety of clients, including high-tech and healthcare companies, environmental and professional services firms, start-ups and nonprofits. 

Her clients have included Quest Diagnostics, Synarc, MXI Environmental Services, Monarch Electric, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology Enterprise Development Center.

She is National Marketing Chair for the Institute of Management Consultants, as well as senior editor for IMC USA's Connector newsletter. Loraine has also served as a vice president of public relations for the Institute of Management Consultants New Jersey Chapter, a board member and certification chair.  She received the Institute of Management Consultants Distinguished Service Award for continuous outstanding service.

Loraine has presented talks on marketing and branding at regional & local business conferences and was a guest lecturer for the Prudential Young Entrepreneurs Program. She was a business columnist for Union County Voice magazine and has written for the Princeton Packet Business Journal

Loraine holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College, and an MBA in Marketing from the New York University Stern School of Business.
