Assessments
Every MMI coaching engagement begins with an assessment. We work with the executive in one-on-one interviews to uncover:
- Where is this person now?
- Where do they want to go?
- Where is the gap between their current and future states?
- What are the priorities that should become part of a development plan?
We also conduct 360º assessments and use other tools as needed to
support the individual executive’s development as a leader.
