Assessments

Every MMI coaching engagement begins with an assessment. We work with the executive in one-on-one interviews to uncover:

  • Where is this person now?
  • Where do they want to go?
  • Where is the gap between their current and future states?
  • What are the priorities that should become part of a development plan?

We also conduct 360º assessments and use other tools as needed to support the individual executive’s development as a leader.
